Welcome to my website. This site focuses on my work in the field of violence against women and girls, recognition of the trauma experienced by survivors, and on promoting training and awareness raising on provision of trauma informed services.
The aim of my work is to challenge the attitudes and behaviours of those who would blame survivors for the abuses perpetrated against them, to inform and educate anyone working in frontline services who may be supporting survivors of any form of gender based violence, and to promote trauma informed practices in all organisations which provide direct services within the community.
This site includes free resources for workers and for survivors plus information about support services in the UK.
